My ultimate goal as a tutor is to prepare students to move on to higher education and to enter the world of work confidently in the area of technology and business; be competent to compete in the 21st century technological work place. My leadership style is centered on bringing out the best in people; as in the words of Tillich, "Helping men and women live and work purposefully and decently in the midst of seeming paradox and contradiction." To this end I hold to the creed that, as a leader, I: approach inspired work eagerly, lovingly; not opt for easy victories; learn to communicate effectively; embrace visions that are dynamic and developing; embrace new and different relationships; respect the experience of involved students; maintain the parameters of professionalism.
