I am a professional and a skilled, progressive leader. After receiving my MBA, my career has been one of working in increasingly responsible and complex positions, including executive management. I am able to implement modern and complex principles of business/public administration in a growing and dynamic environment. I have an extensive and strong financial background, including accounting, financial analysis and reporting, and budgeting. My interpersonal, management, and motivational skills are sharp and continually honed. I am a recognized problem solver and solutions innovator. I am a self-motivated individual, with high personal integrity … and a highly capable communicator.
I have taught several subjects and disciplines throughout my life and career. Following are just a few.
I am an Adjunct Faculty member at the Community College of Denver, Denver, CO (Business) and have taught at Southwest Oregon Community College, North Bend, OR (accounting).
My wife and I have been Dance Instructors for over 30 years at several locations, including Private Instruction; Heather Gardens Senior Living Center; Regis Jesuit High School; Colorado School of Dance; Evergreen School District; Harris County School District; and Brigham Young University.
I have taught aerobic fitness classes in several places in which we have lived including Kingwood Athletic Club, Kingwood, TX; Houston Center Athletic Club, Houston, TX; and Lakeshore Athletic Club, Vancouver, WA.
My teaching style is individual oriented. I strive to ensure that the individual understands the topic at hand versus just being able to repeat the information for a test. I teach using all senses: hearing, seeing, touching, etc.
