I am a retired chemistry and physics teacher. I have a masters degree in science teaching, specifically for chemistry and physics. I taught honors and AP Chemistry at Niwot High School for 32 years. I retired in June 2002 and have been tutoring students in chemistry for 7 years. My tendency in tutoring is to ascertain where the students problems lie, and then by discussion and questioning, attack the problems. In my 7 years of tutoring, my students have been successful and were pleased with my approach.
