Hi my name is Russell! I am a teacher with almost 4 years of experience in the field of ESL - English As A Second Language. I have taught from ages 4 - 65, and I'm comfortable teaching to any age group.

I have also been certified as an ACT tutor by both The Princeton Review and Studypoint, and I'm familiar with many ACT testing strategies than can help students increase their scores.

In addition, I have a 3 year substitute authorization for Colorado public schools and am certified for grades K - 12. This certification was issued August 9th, 2012.

I have been tutoring for about a year and really enjoy working with students. I am able to make my students feel comfortable and confident, and to help them achieve their goals. I have experience tutoring in diverse areas and will tailor my strategies to your needs.

I also have a BA in English, and I'm currently planning to return to college to attain a Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
