My aspirations are to challenge students to meet and surpass their goals. Every student can learn, but all students must understand their gifts and abilities. A teacher is one who helps their students to become proficient in the manner best for that student. Challenges improve our character and heighten our achievements. I have been teaching for 9 years in a small private school with all types of learners. I adjust my plans and lessons to be inclusive and bring the best out of all of the class.
