H. Tom H. II, CFE, is the owner of a consulting firm that provides accounting, financial and management advice to clients in the public and private sectors worldwide. He has over 20 years of consulting experience with clients in disaster relief services, financial institutions, agriculture, and the oil and gas industry.
Some of his clients include; BP, Disaster Relief Services, FDIC, RTC (Resolution Trust Corp), Northern Mariana Islands/Secretary of Finance, Nigerian Sugar Corporation, African Development Bank, World Bank, and Coopers & Lybrand.
He holds over 20 certifications from the US Department of Homeland Security, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration) and AIP (American Petroleum Institute), in hazardous waste mitigation and cleanup in the aftermath of manmade and natural disasters. He has also received the “Presidential Point of Light Award” from President Bush for volunteer work done in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Mr. H. has evaluated and trained his client’s staff for training needs in over 6 countries.
He holds a BBA in Banking & Finance from Mississippi State University, a BBA in Accounting from Delta State University, and is a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
