Last May I graduated from high school with honors and I planned to attend the University of Northern Colorado in the fall. Well summers over, and I am currently attending classes so I can be a fifth grade teacher. While I was in high school, I tutored multiple kids. In my junior year, I went over to a local elementary school and I helped 1st graders how to appropriately ask questions and understand the text. My senior year I went to my little sister's 5th grade classroom and I helped tutor them in all aspect of learning. That included Social Studies, Math, Reading, and Writing. I went there every single day to help those kids further their learning. This experience was the exact reason why I am going to school to be a 5th grade teacher.
While I was growing up, my sibling and I have a 6 years and a 8 years age gap, and while they went through ever grade level in Elementary school, I have been their private tutor. I absolutely loved helping them in every area of school. I have grown up around kids and tutoring. And I love every single moment of it.
