I have more than 15 years' experience tutoring and teaching math and statistics, so I know lots tips and tricks to help you through. I also have several different ways to explain concepts - so if you don't get it the first time, I will keep working with you until you do!

I have taught all levels of math courses, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Precalculus, Trig, Calculus 1-3, and Linear Algebra, as well as Intro Statistics and Business Statistics. I know where most students have trouble, and I really love helping students "get it"! I am also very patient and I won't make you feel stupid. I have taught at a community college for the last several years, so I am used to working with both traditional and non-traditional students of all ages and backgrounds.

Discrete Math

As a math major and computer science minor in undergraduate school, I studied Discrete Math and used it in several different applications. In graduate school, it was my favorite field - especially combinatorics and graph theory. I have continued to study and use discrete math in many different courses I have taught. It can be very difficult, but I can make it easier for you!

Linear Algebra

Linear Algebra was the main theory used in my Master's thesis, so I have extensive background in this subject. I have also taught the course recently as a professor at a community college, so I know where students tend to have trouble and what they usually need help with. When I taught the course, my students used both calculators and computer software, so I have experience with several of those technological products. Linear Algebra really isn't that hard, once you get the basics!

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
