I am a second year medical student at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, CO. I received my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Texas Christian University, and a masters degree in Biology at the University of Texas at Arlington.
I have a great deal of experience tutoring, from elementary age students to fellow classmates in medical school. The subjects I primarily tutor are math and science, but I also have experience tutoring Spanish and test-prep material for ACT/SATs. My schedule is very flexible, so I will most likely be available at your convenience.

Spanish

I took Spanish courses from elementary school through college. In addition, I have gone on several medical mission trips to Central and South America where I was immersed in the language and culture, and became nearly fluent. I have experience tutoring all levels of Spanish and all ages, from beginner to expert.

Swimming

I learned how to swim as early as I could walk and was on a competitive swim team from the age of 4 to 18. Currently I swim about 4-5 times a week for exercise. I have taught a number of kids to swim, from the ages of 5 up to 16. This includes private swim lessons and as a camp counselor. I have also helped a couple of adults, who were training for triathlons, perfect their stroke and breathing techniques. In addition, I am CPR certified and trained in first aid.
