I have a degree in economics and have a solid understanding thereof. I have been debating for four years and have led workshops and classes on debate for both high school and college students in the US and abroad. Debate is an interdisciplinary art so I have a lot of experience relating subject to one another.
My pedagogy is largely Socratic. I believe the best way to get people learning is to get them talking and applying it to something they care about. I like YouTube videos. As good a teacher as I can be, I see no need to reinvent the wheel and will include or recommend such videos when appropriate. I also believe in having a little down time while learning. People need time to process information.

I'm open to odd hours and if you like my teaching style, I am open to help with more subjects as well.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Composition (Music)

I have experience writing music in rock bands from my younger days. In college I took Music Theory I - III, a course on arrangements, and a course on composition. I have been commissioned to write classical pieces in the past and have had my pieces performed.

Public Speaking

I have been in debate for eight years. I have received dozens of awards along the way. I teach debate and related skills to high school and college students both in the US and abroad. I was nominated for a volunteer of the year award for my services.
