I graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor's degree.
Field of study:
Molecular, cellular, and developmental biology (MCDB);
I finished my triple majors and a minor in 4 years, during which I also participated in academic research in a lab for 2 years. When I enter college, I did not have any AP credit. Through my undergraduate education, I developed study skills and self management skill that helped me success in study.
I enjoy helping people very much, which makes me a passionate tutor. I personally get bored at study plain material, so I like to make it fun to learn and memorize. I have 4 years of tutoring experience and enjoyed being a tutor so far. My students range from elementary students to adults in their 40s.
I believe study should be a fun experience which you gain new knowledge that inspires you. And I think teaching the methods and concepts are more important than teaching an actual question because once you master the concepts and methods, you can do any questions. So I encourage learning by guiding students to find out the answers rather than telling them the answers.
