Enthusiastic and fun Math, Business, and English tutor

Hi there!

Thank you for taking the opportunity to learn a little more about me. I'm a first-generation college-goer and attended USC for my undergraduate degree before heading over to England for my postgraduate degree. I am fluent in Spanish, a lover of mathematics (originally a Mechanical Engineering major), am a professional photographer, and have worked in banking, so my experience covers the whole gamut of tutoring possibilities.

Teaching is a great passion of mine, and there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone come to the solution of a problem on their own, especially when they doubt themselves from the outset. I love proving that you CAN do anything; sometimes it just takes another person to help you look at it differently. I am a native Czech speaker. I learned English and Czech simultaneously and have extensive experience tutoring Czechs in English and vice-versa. I am completely fluent as far as reading, speaking, and writing and can assist with the various dialects found throughout the country.

Business

My educational background is in business of all sorts - my undergraduate studies concerned US and Global Business Administration with a strong emphasis on strategy and management. My master's focused on innovation management from inception - in entrepreneurial companies and in old - to being something that is ingrained in a company's culture.

Photography

I am a licensed Getty Images photographer and have been shooting professionally for almost 10 years. I am proficient in all aspects of digital and film photography from composition, exposure, lighting, and more.
