I am a freelance concept artist, illustrator and creative writer with a Bachelor's Degree in Game Art and Design. I believe foremost in fostering creativity and inspiring new and imaginative ideas. I have been passionate about art, writing and history throughout my entire life and I thoroughly enjoy teaching these subjects in all their forms. I specialize mainly in drawing, digital art, and painting; I am fluent with Adobe Creative Suites, all traditional media and I can also instruct in other media like Air-brush.
In writing and history, I have always had a deep interest in, and have become very well versed in Creative writing, poetry, literature, world history, classical history and art history, just to name a few.
My belief is that the student, no matter their age, retains more by setting their own pace; therefore I like to set a schedule based on what the student believes they can handle. I will frequently come up with new challenges to test and expand the students knowledge and creativity, all the while guiding them to their personal goals. This is especially true with art; practice makes perfect, it's true, but forcing art will result in bitter or uninspired work. Thus challenges will be present, but left to the student to learn within their comfort zone.
In everything, I like to be laid back, as stress helps no one. So I like to take an easy going attitude, rather than being hard or stern.
I look forward to having fun, and inspiring creativity!
