Hello struggling student,
I feel your pain! I also struggled with much of the science subjects early on in my studies. However, I taught myself methods to master the subject... and eventually finished with a Masters and PhD in chemistry and further studies in microbiology. In addition, I have taught science and chemistry classes at the high school and college level.
My approach to most struggling students is to help with appropriate examples and extra problems. In addition, I often come up with a helpful mnemonic when necessary. Since each student's needs are different, I quickly assess how to best help each of you as an individual.
