I am an experienced and knowledgeable teacher in my chosen fields. These subject areas include French, Marketing Education, Business Education, Economics, Business Statistics and Mathematics (especially Business Math).
Back in Cameroon, I was a Secondary School teacher for 7 seven years and a University Lecturer for 8 years. I successfully taught French to beginners as well as students preparing for the GCE Ordinary Level Examination. In addition to French, I also gave lectures in Economics (Micro and Macro) to both ordinary and advanced level students.Marketing, Business Economics, Financial Mathematics and Project feasibility studies are the main subjects I taught at the Undergraduate level. I love imparting and sharing knowledge whenever I can. Results and knowledge gained by my students matter more than anything else to me. Perseverance, patience and the satisfaction of my students are my watch words. I do everything to make learning simple and enjoyable.
In order to achieve my objective I: (1) go through the syllabus and past questions carefully in view of having a firm grip of the relevant facts and examination requirements;(2)Assess the student's level through mere conversation, verbal and if necessary written questions and, (3) teach with diversified examples and appropriate documentation. I also try as much as possible to simplify everything by following a logical procedures and wrapping things up.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Finance from one of the Best Universities in Africa (University of Nigeria, Nsukka). At the undergraduate level, I majored in Economics (University of Yaounde II , Cameroon where courses were taught either in French or English). Last but not the least I attended the only Federal Bilingual Grammar School in Cameroon and ended up with both French (Brevet d'Etude du Premier Cycle) and English (General Certificate of Education Ordinary and Advanced Levels) Diplomas.
So far, I have satisfactory passed the Praxis I (Reading (178),Writing (173) Mathematics-186 and the following Praxis II subjects: World Language-French (181), French Content Knowledge (182), Marketing Education (174), Business Education (650), Economics (750) and Mathematics Content Knowledge (131). I love knowledge, teaching and succeeding!
