I am originally from Bulgaria where I lived until I was 6 years old. I moved to France at the age of 6 and lived there for 5 years, so my elementary education was done in France. At 11 years old I came to the US. I have studied Spanish since the 8th grade and Latin America was my concentration in college. I love learning languages and am starting to learn Italian. I have had quite a bit of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds, more specifically, with children from the age of 5 to 14 year old. I have also tutored college level French students and am willing to do so with Spanish candidates.
I have experience tutoring and working as a group leader for the City of Aurora and the National Honors Society . I enjoy being around kids I think they are all fascinating. I enjoy playing games, helping with homework, preparing meals, going to the park etc. I have been working with kids ever since high school (a college graduate now) and have learned a lot throughout the years. I have been able to perfect my skills, especially being able to bond with all children. I enjoy animals (my dog), cooking/baking, traveling, languages (French, Spanish), art, being outdoors, biking, & walking. I have had quite a bit of experience (about three years, on and off) tutoring for the city of Aurora for all elementary school subjects. I also fluent in Spanish and French and am willing to tutor and or give private lessons in both. I also enjoy world politics, history, economics and I especially enjoy learning about other cultures. I am a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in International Affairs, emphasis on Latin America.
