Hello! My name is Anne. I am a Colorado Springs native that graduated from Stanford University this past June, with a BA in International Relations and a GPA of 3.8. Prior to Stanford I attended a local high school in Academy School District 20, where I graduated 5th in my class of over 400 students, with a GPA of 4.0+. I am now home in Colorado Springs through this summer, tutoring and coaching tennis.
I love kids and have worked with them in various capacities for many years:
-While at Stanford, one summer home I worked at Early Connections Learning Center (in downtown Colorado Springs) as a Teaching Assistant.
-My senior year of high school I was a Classroom Helper at a local elementary school.
-All four years of high school I participated in a mentorship program for middle school aged girls called Irises.
-I was a full-time Nanny for an elementary school aged boy one summer during high school.
-I taught tennis lessons two consecutive summers to elementary/middle school aged girls.
I have also worked with older kids and adults:
-I am currently coaching a local high school girls tennis team.
-While at Stanford, I was a part of a student group called Habla, that tutored Spanish-speaking Stanford employees in English.
