Hi, I am a first year college student majoring in environmental engineering. I am currently in calculus III for engineers. My strong subject is math. I can do basic math, prealgebra, algebra, algebra II, calculus and trigonometry. I can also help with English and ACT math. I have excellent teaching and communication skills and I do have experience tutoring students from when I was in high school. In high school, I was in calculus AB and received a 5 on my AP test. I maintained an A in the class both semesters. My math score on my ACT was a 31.
I love interacting with the people that I tutor. I have great teaching skills and have tutored many students from my high school. Most have said that they have found my teaching very helpful and they have obtained better scores on their quizzes and exams. I will explain very thoroughly every question until the student fully understands the question. I don't get irritated when one doesn't understand the material. I know it's hard to learn math and I've been in their shoes too. I am friendly and I make the student's tutoring time enjoyable for them and make learning fun.
