Academic Writing, Spanish and ESL Tutoring

Hello, my name is Jaime and I'm here to help you write academic papers and/or improve your Spanish, at the middle school, high school and college level!

I have a MFA in Science & National History Filmmaking and specialize in communicating complex social, environmental and humanitarian messages to the public through multimedia and written communications.

I have 3 years of experience teaching writing, communication and film studies courses as an Adjunct Professor in the Honors Program at Montana State University (2009-2011), and have worked as a Spanish Tutor for over 10 years. I studied internationally in Quito, Ecuador and Santiago, Chile and can help with grammar, vocabulary, written and spoken Spanish.

I have taught students of all backgrounds, including ESL students, and can assist with homework, papers and other assignments, either in small groups or individually. I like to incorporate a lot of multimedia and hands-on interactive activities into my lessons!

I genuinely love teaching, and have just moved to Boulder, CO after my husband has taken a job with SmartWool.
