I am a seventh grade math teacher and specialize in tutoring kids who need to catch up to grade level going into middle school or into high school. I can help with homework, test preparation, or filling in the gaps of knowledge. The most basic skills students need to be able to be successful in math are the multiplication tables, fractions and decimals, and long division and multiplication. Going into high school, students must know how to solve equations, factoring/distributing, the laws of exponents, and basic geometry. I can catch up your student if he or she is behind in (or just wasn't taught) these skills.
