I am an experienced financial executive in the Bay area of California seeking to help those who need assistance in accounting, finance, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or becoming a CFA.
I have more than 25 years experience in real estate, finance, accounting and investments. I am a CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance and an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Accounting at the University of Phoenix. I am also a member (2001) of the CFA Society of San Francisco and have spoken on real estate and finance at a number of their events.
Accounting and finance may be difficult for some, however, my extensive schooling, business experience and teaching have provided a framework to make almost anyone proficient in these disciplines.
Becoming a CFA is an arduous process and can take three years. The CRA exam is very difficult with an average passing rate of less than 45%. It is highly recommended that potential test takers use a tutor or other assistance to better prepare for taking and passing the exam. My experience and knowledge in all facets of finance and investments can provide this needed assistance.
