I am a print graphic designer with 20 years of experience. I was on the forefront of the graphic design wave as computers became a feasible tool for artists.
I became a part time instructor at Ventura College and UCSB Extension in 1996 teaching classes on subjects ranging from Commercial Rendering and Figure Illustrating to all current versions of the Adobe Suites. I created all manuals for class presentation for the early Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express, Freehand, PageMaker, and Intro to Mac. I consistently received excellent student evaluations.
I have a comprehensive knowledge of layout, design and illustration techniques as well as commercial printing and photography.
My work as a Graphic Design professional include design and production of printed advertising collateral, preparation of patent drawings for attorney firms, designing and bringing to production all pieces for Corporate Image.
Recent cutbacks at the Community College level has given me the opportunity to offer my services as a tutor and I am excited about the prospect.
