I offer fun and relaxed piano lessons by a professional musician. With me, you can learn to read music, play by ear, improvise, learn chord voicings, understand harmony, and write and play your own songs! I can provide beginning and intermediate piano lessons for all ages.
I have played piano & trumpet on TV shows, written and arranged music for TV and Film, cruise ships, and major production shows. I currently teach and play with many local bands doing corporate parties and weddings. I have a firm grasp on today's current music and recently appeared on the show TMZ playing piano for their New Year's Day special 2013.
I make learning fun and get you playing your favorite songs very quickly. I combine traditional piano methods with learning to play songs that are on the radio today! I can also help you with playing multiple keyboards. Learn to play horns, strings, & synth parts at the same time. A lot of bands want you to be able to do this. I have keyboard charts for hundreds of songs played in clubs & for private parties to help you learn!
I have also been a professional trumpet player for over 20 years. I played lead trumpet for production shows with Holland America, Princess Cruises, and NCL. If you need trumpet lessons to get prepared for your school band, I can help!
