I recently completed my Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of Texas. Through my coursework and research, I have extensive in applied statistics and am confidant that I can help you understand statistics! The only way to truly learn statistics is to understand how they are used in the real world. I will use real-world examples to teach you how to understand statistical analyses and conduct them yourself. Furthermore, I have successfully tutored students at all levels - from undergraduate business statistics to graduate level courses on panel and longitudinal analyses.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I have written academic and policy papers, which I presented at academic conferences, professional conferences, and workshops attended by other academics and policy-makers from government agencies, including the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Bureau of Economic Analyses, National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation and the Department of Defense. Several of the papers that I have presented have won awards from international professional organizations, including the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Association of University Technology Managers. I can help any student improve their writing skills by teaching them to how organize their thoughts in a coherent paper or presentation in any subject!
