Teaching students is not just a profession for me. I devote myself to educating students with the knowledge they need to succeed in their career and future endeavors. I used to tutor for two private companies. I have at least five years of experience in tutoring English, Writing, Algebra topics, Geometry, and SAT Writing, Reading Comprehension, and Math.
Also, I have prepared lesson plans for each student for No Child Left Behind, a company that is strict about following California Standards and follows guidelines on the new act on Elementary and Secondary schools. I also have tutored SAT topics covering reading, vocabulary, sentence completion, writing, algebra, and geometry.
I went to California State University Northridge, majoring in English Literature with an emphasis in teaching English. I also went to the College of the Canyons majoring in Social Science. In the future, I am pursuing a teaching credential but not at this time. I'm hoping tutoring students before that will give me a delightful experience before being in a classroom setting.
