My name is Sarah. I have 11 years of teaching and tutoring experience working with a wide range of students from pre-K to college. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I have a flexible schedule, but only tutor out of the Vacaville Libraries. I do have a 1-hour minimum requirement for all sessions and the first 5 minutes of after session discussion is free of charge. Sessions can go as long as you want as long as it works with my schedule. I have a 1-hour cancellation policy. A 30 minute cancellation is a half an hour charge. If there is no cancellation you will be charged for the full session. I look forward to meeting and helping many students.

In 2011, I graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Management. I am continuing at the same college to obtain an MA in Education with concentrations in Elementary, Secondary Math, English, and History, as well as Special Education.

I love teaching. I have experience working with children with learning disabilities. My own son has developmental and learning disabilities. I believe that all students learn in their own way, so I am open-minded to the needs of each individual student. I care about my students succeeding and accomplishing what they want. With the right help, they can reach the stars.

Above and Beyond — Sarah goes above and beyond when it comes to tutoring my daughter with her 9th grade math lesson. She researches in advance any work she's missing. She stays on top of what goes on in class by accessing my daughter's school loop (with my permission of course.) She texts me to ask how she did on her last test. She offers for my daughter to contact her if she needs help before the next lesson. ...
