My name is Mike and I would like to help you understand and enjoy biology.

I graduated from CSUF with a BS in biology and from UCR with a MS in botany. I am currently in my 9th year teaching high school science. I have taught botany, honors biology, college preparatory biology, life science, algebra, and marine biology. I also have experience working within a tutoring company and as a private tutor.

I pride myself on being able to make difficult concepts seem more simple and relatable. I would be happy to help your student get caught up in their studies, or help them improve their test taking skills. I can help your student progress with their own work and can provide plenty of supplementary materials as well. I will change the tutoring to fit the strengths of your student.

How do I receive a discount?

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
