I am a high school graduate on my way to a four year university this fall. I have experience teaching guitar and martial arts. I started teaching my first guitar student last fall. He loves the instrument and plans on continuing his musical education even after I leave for college. In addition to teaching guitar, I have two years of experience teaching tae-kwon-do classes at a local dojo. When it comes to my teaching methods, I believe that every student has different needs. I do my best to fit the needs of my students based on their unique personalities. However, I do not feel that it is my responsibility to force my students to work hard, or to make them do the homework assignments I give them. My knowledge and experience are available to my students, and it is up to them to take advantage of what I have. I love teaching kids, and working with high school students.
