I am Er. Nitika G. and I graduated in 2005 with a B.Tech degree from India. I am a friendly and patient tutor who is dedicated to my teaching and who takes pride in building a good teacher-student rapport with my students.
I always believe that one will benefit from enjoyable tutoring at an early age to enforce good foundations in their speaking, writing, reading and Mathematics skills. Therefore, I also encourage interactive and fun learning with my students.
Mathematics is actually fun, provided one understands the logic behind the subject. Math not only increases our ability to calculate, but the principles can be applied in real life which helps with planning strategies, evaluations, and analysis, all of which are essential for decision making.
I am a teacher who understands the way students think and perceive; this assists me in making science and mathematics understandable. I chose to become a teacher because I connect very well with children, and being a mother myself, I am very involved with my own children's education, as well as that of my students. I enjoy teaching as it gives me a chance to interact with the future of the world and make a real difference!
I have taught all age groups from first graders to undergraduate students during my teaching career of 7 years. Currently, I work almost exclusively with students in 3rd to 10th grade because I connect and relate best to this age group. I have taught many students who were not able to perform well in math and science while in primary and middle school. However, my teaching techniques have not only removed their fear of math but now many of these students love these subjects and are pursuing higher studies in math and science. I assure you that your doubts about mathematics, physics and chemistry will be resolved after our learning sessions together.
I will leave no stone unturned to completely satisfy the student, but I cannot do it alone. I need your commitment to learn. I will be there to assist you, but it will require real effort on your part in order to secure your success.
I prioritize the quality of teaching to the quantity of students I want to teach. So, I am willing to give all the time the child needs to understand a particular lesson. I have always believed that "If basics are strong, the end result is always powerful". This is an Engineer's saying, but has proven to be very rewarding!
So, I can work very hard consistently to reach the expectations of the parents and students.
