While practicing Medicine [Adolescent Medicine & Family Medicine] as an M.D. for 20 years, I treated hundreds of patients [mostly students, from Middle school to Graduate/Professional level] with ADHD/ADD, including prescription management, supportive counseling, and learning/academic needs. For 8 of those years I worked at a Major University [part of Cal State University system], addressing the academic & clinical needs of College and Graduate students with ADHD and ADD.

In my first career as an adolescent & family medicine physician [M.D., trained at Stanford and UC Davis], I successfully treated over 80 patients with Asperger's syndrome, including treatment, counseling, and effective learning strategies. While most tutors are not familiar with Asperger's syndrome--I have extensive, professional expertise in the area.
My first career was in Medicine: I practiced Family Medicine & Adolescent Medicine for about 18 years before focusing on Tutoring/Education and Writing.
