With seven years of teaching experience at the elementary level and my specialized Bilingual Teaching Credential, I am highly qualified for a tutoring position. My love of the learning process paired with my belief that all children can learn makes me dedicated to improving students’ learning experiences by providing them with a safe, structured and fun environment to foster their strengths and weaknesses. While I have been out of the classroom for many years, I am extremely adaptable and can easily learn the new standards that the state is mandating of schools and find creative and innovative ways to instruct kids based on their strengths.
For the past 8 years, I have stayed at home to raise my two children. I am now ready to return to a career. During this time, I have participated in their schools in many different capacities and this has not only reinforced my passion for teaching and commitment to helping children, but also my enjoyment in being a team player.
