I'm a recent graduate of Claremont Graduate University with my Master's in Applied Social Psychology. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and sharing with students what I know and how I have learned, to help them in their studies. Success is possible for anyone who wants it and is willing to work for it.
I love teaching math, English, and Psychology. I enjoy encouraging students to accept and enjoy math and understand its many benefits. I'm very skilled at making difficult information seem very clear and simple. I have completed many mathematics, English, and psychology courses in high school, college and graduate school which have provided me with the strong background necessary to be an effective tutor and teacher of these subjects. I've worked for six years with children, adolescents and adults from many backgrounds and in numerous settings, including students with learning disabilities. My experience has allowed me to develop the confidence and patience needed to work with students from all walks of life.
I'm very enthusiastic about helping students learn and it shows in my instruction. I'm very accommodating and easy to work with and enjoy making the learning experience both positive and rewarding!
