You can improve in your subject by building a strong foundation in your subject. While learning you can improve your confidence in the subject matter and improve your self confidence in general. My strength as a tutor is patience and a sincere desire to help others achieve their goals.

As a tutor at an El Cajon High School I tutored dozens of students most often in Algebra 1 and Pre-algebra. To a lesser extent I tutored Geometry, Consumer Math, Biology, Earth Science and Physical Science. I tutored High School for three years. In addition I tutored at a Middle School in San Diego where I worked in the Math Lab and tutored Middle School Math. I worked at the Middle school for a year and a half.

My major was in History (BA) and I also had a major in Art. I also obtained a diploma in Computer Graphic Design. For several years I worked as a Graphic Artist for Advertising companies, Printing companies, Defense Contractors and Internet corporations. I have worked for Libraries for several years. I tutored dozens of adults of all ages in basic internet use, including email, doing internet searches and using Microsoft Word. Many of my students did not have any computer experience before working with me. Their ages ranged from 9 to 90. At present I am working in a college library, helping undergraduate and graduate students in alternative medicine subjects.

I hope you'll consider working with me.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

(3x2+5)+(16x2+7) (answer)

Do everything inside the () first. Remember that multiplication comes before addition. Do the two multiplications. So you get... (6+5)+(32+7) 11+39=50
