Education is my life and passion - from Abidjan to Seattle making knowledge accessible to all learners is my fundamental goal.
I hold the view that learning is based upon relationships formed by the learner to their existent knowledge base and that our principle goal, as educators, is to create a place where these relationships are fully realized.
I always used my classroom as a place where each and every student felt that they were getting THEIR learning needs met. Learning is a very individual and complex task that is often treated as something that should simply occur naturally. The educator is there to facilitate the natural paths that exist within the student so they experience success and therefore a desire to learn more.
For the last 10 years I have created curricula and developed training methodologies for multiple industries, including IT technology, grammar school education, and most recently, for alternative energy education.
