Experienced Neurobiologist, freshly relocated in the Bay Area, who would be extremely glad to share her passion for science and help future students to further their knowledge.
I obtained my PhD in 2004 at the UvA in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and further worked as a staff scientist at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim/Heidelberg (Germany) from 2004-2012. I also gave some teaching classes and seminars at the Faculty of Biology at the University of Heidelberg in Germany during this period.
As a mother (my son is seven years old), I consider Education as the basis of my child's Life and development!
By experience, I know how important the foundations of a good learning are, and how solid your understanding should be in order to develop further! I also know how much tutoring can sometimes become a salvation!
As a tutor, I will do everything I can to transmit my passion for Biology and Sciences in general to help future students developing further... at all age... and for every step!
As a French who likes to travel but who never forgot her roots, I will be as well extremely happy to share my knowledge and love for that challenging language and for this culture, so rich!
