I have previously tutored successfully in pre-calculus several High School Students, all of whom are now enrolled in excellent Universities. I recently taught Algebra 1/2 and 3/4 at a High School. I retired from IBM after 25 years. I hold an Electrical Engineering degree from University of Rhode Island, and a Master's in Education to teach High School Math.

My goal is to help students to achieve success in Math and Science: either get A's, or to improve their grades from where they are.

My ultimate goal is to inspire students to be excited about Math and Science, get accepted and graduate from good colleges and universities, to ensure the good jobs stay in the USA!

Computer Science

I spent 25 years working for IBM starting as a systems engineer. After 13 years at higher and higher level systems engineering jobs, went into higher and higher level technical jobs as a project manager installing software systems for Fortune 500 companies, I became a manager of professional services as a consultant. After IBM became a manager of various startup consulting and professional services companies. Meanwhile I had 6 years teaching computer science subjects at IBM for a fee.

Study Skills

The disciplines learned to be an IBM Systems Engineer for 12 of my 25 years with IBM included extensive study skills and study behaviors. My four years of teaching skills at IBM demonstrated study skills success.

Most recently I have been successful at High School Teaching and receiving a Master's Degree in Education (3.98 average), which demonstrates the understanding, discipline, and practical application of study skills. I have been successfully tutoring High School students in Math that have gone to great Universities, which proves that reality.
