I recently retired from a career in aerospace engineering. I hold an M.S. in math and a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from Stanford University. I can help you in upper level high school and college level math as well as algebra, precalculus and SAT math prep.

I have taught math at the high school and college level. I have spent the past 2 years as a volunteer math instructor. I am very patient and have lots of experience helping struggling math students. My hours are flexible. For regular students, I am available for help by phone for "emergency" help.

Linear Algebra

Linear Algebra is key to all post-calculus mathematics and includes the study of vectors in the plane and space, systems of linear equations, matrices, vectors and vector spaces. Applications include differential equations, least squares approximations, and models in economics.

I have taught this course several times as a course and as independent study. I used this material extensively during my career as an aerospace engineer.
