If you're ready to take your learning to the next level, and develop skills to see the process of acquiring knowledge as one of continuous discovery rather than a dull, routine task of memorization, let's get to work!
I'm a bright, enthusiastic, easy going professor and corporate economist with a BS and MS from the University of Illinois-Urbana, and an MA and PhD from Ohio State. I have over 10 years of experience in teaching at the high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels. I have advised students about career paths, job options and choices, and have helped them secure funding through scholarships, fellowships, and assistantships.
I have outstanding student evaluations, which highlight my ability to take "dull" or "dry" subjects and transform them into exciting "real world" and "how does it affect me?" material. I'm ready to help you better appreciate how economics
can give you new insights into the world around us, and help us solve the economic, social, environmental, geopolitical and business
challenges that we face.
I also have 20 years of international experience in Latin
America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Students at the both the high school university level are all welcome. I'm also fluent in Spanish
