Hello all,

I am a business professional and adjunct professor at two local universities. I have an MS degree, have completed coursework in an MBA program, and I have undergraduate degrees in both Business Administration and Psychology. I have both classroom teaching and tutoring experience. My preference is to take a friendly approach and to have high expectations of myself. I take pride in building rapport with students and learning quickly about each student's learning style. I believe that there is no one approach that is best in all cases. Rather, it is important to listen carefully and to ask questions that will provide clues to what works for a particular student. I am most proud of my ability to adapt my "message" to meet the students needs and maximize his/her understanding. Most of all, I want learning to be a fun experience for the student. There is nothing better than see the pride in a student who grasps a new concept and makes progress in their learning. I hope that I can be helpful to you!
