Thank you for considering me as your personal basketball trainer. My ultimate goal is to improve your skills on the basketball court as well as help you gain supreme confidence to dominate a game. You will learn skills that will give you the ability to explode by your defender, knock down any jump-shot and be a constant play-maker. The game is mental as well as physical and I guarantee that your game will improve tremendously and you will gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to be a huge asset to any team.
I was a Division 1 basketball player in college and then played some professional basketball in the ABA for 2 years. I was a 2 time All-Star during my professional career. I have been a Personal Trainer for 4 years now.
Each session begins with a 5 minute warm up. Next, 30-45 minutes are drill and skill work: dribbling, shooting, form and technique; this is where each session gets individualized based upon the athlete's needs. The last 15 minutes will be spent on player development, and reading the defense to be able to break a defender down.
