I am Margaret. I love teaching adults who want to learn English. Whether you are a true beginner and don’t know any English at all, or are more advanced and would like to improve the skills you already have, I am ready to help. I will develop lessons specific to your needs and try to make the classes fun, interesting, and varied. I promise to arrive well prepared. From the beginning, no matter what level you are, you will be speaking English!
I have my TESOL teaching certification and have taught individuals and groups for many years. I am patient and understand that learning English can be difficult. I will help you practice what you need until you feel comfortable with it. Over the years I have developed many materials and games which we can use along with whatever books and materials you already have.
I recently returned to the Bay Area from Mexico where I lived for 3 1/2 years teaching ESL to adults at all levels. Now I am ready to teach you! Please contact me and let me know what you are looking for.
