I have been teaching photography lessons at ARC. ARC has been set up to help AAU students with their assignments as well as helping them prepare for midterms and finals. I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with BFA and MFA students for the past two years. The main subjects I help them with is photography, multimedia, and photo history.
If you have a young child that wants to learn Spanish or an art form I would be more then happy to help. My history with children consists of working with Young Champions a non-profit organization that has various after school programs for young children. I worked with this company teaching k - 12 beginning fine art drawing classes. At the moment I am working on a multimedia class at Escuela Bilingüe Internacional EBI. Where I will be teaching middle and high school students stop motion, clay motion, and an intro to film as well as photography. This program is brand new and it seems like it will be expanding. What makes this class so unique is that I will be teaching it in Spanish. So, not only are these students going to be learning a new art form but they will be learning a second language as the same time.
The photographs that I have created have been published at 180 Magazine (San Francisco, CA), ZOOM magazine the first Fine Art International Photography Magazine (Milan, Italy), and in a photo book published by Photolucida in Oregon. The work has been shown through out the United States and has won multiple awards.
Wether you need a Spanish teacher or guidance on how to take a good photograph. I promise to make the class fun. Making sure to use the universal learning techniques used through out the country. Our classes will include some reading, writing, and creating something tangible. I make sure that you or your child understand the material and learn it so that it can be used when need be.
I hope to teach you something new and that we can work together as a team.
