Greetings,
I hope you consider my application and find me as a good candidate for the opening.
To give you a quick snapshot about myself, I was born and raised in Jordan; Arabic is basically my mother language. I do not have any experience in tutoring as my background is in Marketing. I moved to the US about a year and a half ago and I have been researching the market for different opportunities that I would find myself in. One of those opportunities is in teaching, let alone in Arabic. I think teaching the Arabic language will be a fun and rewarding experience. I believe I am well equipped for it as I know how to simplify matters and take a person step by step through learning a thing. During my college years and also my working experience, I have done many English- Arabic translations and vice versa and I think this brings a lot of value to the table.
I am currently doing a few projects from home that don't take much of my time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I travel back to Jordan twice a year so if this works for me, I will nourish my suitcase with interesting learning books and courses! I know that many Arabic families are based here and would want their children to speak the language. I don't have kids at the moment but I certainly think that teaching my future children the language is a must. I am young, vibrant, and like to have a good time so learning doesn't have to be dull and boring!
I look forward to hearing from you and possibly meeting you in person to get acquainted.
All the best,
Zina
