I would love the opportunity to help you with your studies. I am a UCLA graduate with a lifetime of experience to offer. I am also a CA State Certified Substitute Teacher, currently teaching English/writing/composition classes at an elementary school level learning center.

My daughter is a successful 4.0 student at SFSU. I spent 18 years helping guide her through all subjects, including AP courses. I truly believe that learning can be fun. Math can be frustrating for many students. I look at mathematics like a puzzle. Once you've figured out how to solve the "missing piece," it can be fun and rewarding! I have years of experience tutoring students and have enjoyed many success stories.

I love watching students as they grasp and understand how sounds connect together to form words, sentences, and finally stories or complete books!

Special Needs

I have worked extensively with autistic children. My psychology background is in Young Autism. I also have experience, past and current, with ADHD children.

Autism

I have a Psychology degree from UCLA, where I specialized in Young Autism. I have extensive experience working with these wonderful children.

CBEST

I have my CBEST credential. I passed the test on my first attempt and scored very well on both applications. I know I can help others pass as well!

Dyslexia

I have a degree from UCLA in Psychology with an emphasis in Autisim and Special Needs students. I studied under Ivar Lovas, who was a ground breaking professor.
I have had 5 years experience working with special needs children and adults of all levels. Additionally, I have a wonderful father who is Alexic as a result of a brain bleed.
