I enjoy team cooperation and love to challenge my intellect and coordination as a professor. In addition, I played professional basketball on the team in my school and won the first place in the 100-meter dash year after year at the field games at school.
From 1995 until now, I have lived in the United States with my two children. My young child is currently in middle school and I take care of her and actively participate in school activities. I was a children's volunteer at my child’s school all throughout her elementary school years.

I feel that with my wealth of life experiences abroad and in China, as well as a good attitude, and creativity gives me a broad perspective in working with people and focusing on issues of environment tolerance, and acceptance. I actively explore the passion and spirit of continuous improvement and intend to do this as a teacher.
I would like to develop their correct way of thinking with a good emphasis on personality and interpersonal relationships. Encourage good team spirit and cooperation with working with other children and promote students to actively participate in their studying. I am hands-on and enjoy exploring children’s vast capacity for handling every day problems to enhance their problem solving skills and their desire to acquire new knowledge.
Educational philosophy - My educational philosophy is very simple. In elementary school, especially in 3rd grade, children should focus on these three things:
1. Learning interests, abilities and habits - genius comes from interesting and shortcut from the method, to develop interest in learning is important to explore the potential of children and is a prerequisite to developing good study skills and habits for the subsequent continuing education and lay a good foundation.
2. Keen powers of observation - the things around and change people's insight is to determine the maximum of students to acquire knowledge and to seize all of the opportunities presented to them.
3. Memory - a strong memory is an important tool for the accumulation of knowledge middle school and high school
