I am a dependable, thorough, and a well-organized planner who is energetic and possesses a background and interest in Child Development. I have been in the field of Spectrum disorders for over a year and a half, and I am trained in ABA and DTT procedures as well as data intake for both in-home and classroom environments. I also have 1:1 training and tutoring withing a classroom setting, as well as 1:1 intervention and tutoring. My most recent jobs had me working with teenagers with emotional disturbances and severe learning disabilities and in the San Francisco Unified School District working with Pre K students with Autism. I am in progress for my bachelor’s degree in Human Services so that I may pursue certification as a BCaBA for children with Autism. I am also well versed in the subjects of Music. I have completed lower division requirements for Music, Sociology, and Psychology as I plan on getting my Masters in Music Therapy in the future. I tend to get to know the student and work with their strengths to help them overcome their weaknesses. I know how to successfully work individually with students and modify work. I am also able to use a variety of techniques and methods if needed.
