I am from Rome and have been living in the USA for over two decades, a good part of which I spent working between New York and Central Italy. I am now based in San Francisco, where I am making a movie on art and the cycle of the land. To support my art making I teach Italian. I love to teach my language, I do it with passion and fun. I enable my beginning students to get good conversational practice of the language as well a grasp of basic grammar. As for my more intermediate to advanced students, I work on topics that may interest them most and I make them explore the intricacy of Italian language expressions and more complex grammar concepts. I have been teaching Italian for now over 8 years, privately and at language schools in New York and in San Francisco. I have a Master in Psychology from the University of Rome and a Master in Fine Arts from Hunter College in New York. I have a very good knowledge of Italian art and culture and I am able to help you plan that special trip to Italy you may have been dreaming about taking. I also teach art both to children and grown ups.
Lastly, I also teach English grammar and conversation. I have a 12 year old daughter who speaks Italian, Chinese and English. She and I love good food and love to cook together. My hobbies and interests: swimming, biking, movies, travel and literature.
