Are you taking a statistics course and need help with statistics or SPSS?? That's my specialty!
I am a statistics teacher at San Diego State University (SDSU), and have been teaching there for two years. I have taught dozens of students how to do statistics in my classes, starting at the very basics of what the topic is about continuing all the way up to conducting multiple regression and multivariate statistics. I also have SPSS and several other statistics programs which we can use to run analyses.
My areas of knowledge include statistical methods such as - basic principles (i.e. descriptives, probability, variability, standard deviations), basic inferential tests (i.e. z-tests, t-tests, ANOVA/ANCOVA), correlations, multiple regression, multilevel modeling (HLM), multivariate statistics (e.g. EFA, CFA, SEM, etc.), latent growth curves, relative weights analysis, and more.
I have strong computer calculation skills using - SPSS, M+, HLM 6.0, and LISREL. Additionally, I can do hand calculation if that is what you need.
Research methods is another topic I am quite familiar with.
If you are in need of help on these topics then I am the guy to help you. I am patient, knowledgeable, and willing to meet wherever is most convenient for you (e.g. your local library, school, coffee shop, or residence). Tutoring sessions can be anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours long (you decide). I am available for weekly meetings as well. Please feel free to contact me. My rate is $45/hour (negotiable). Lets earn you an A in your math class together!
