I have been playing basketball my whole life. I have trained with the best. Players who have played in the NBA or are currently playing overseas have taught me in depth fundamentals on footwork, how to shoot, dribble, and keep your body in good shape in order to play at your best potential. I can teach almost every dribbling move there is and I can just look at someones shot and instantly be able to tell them what they're doing wrong. I can show them proper warm-ups to keep their body from getting injured. I can teach them a proper defensive stance and anything they need to know about the game of basketball.
I was personally trained by many tip top bodybuilders my whole life and I have been through it all. I know all about different workout routines in order to get strength and bulk or to get cut and have more strength in explosiveness in stamina. Balance and stamina must come first before strength and explosiveness in order to see improvements and work your body out the right way.
