I earned my Master's Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University in 1983. While working toward that degree, I taught undergraduate classes in financial accounting and tutored students who sought my help. My most current position (and title) is Vice President & Senior Auditor for one of the world's largest banks. I do not wish to disclose the name of the bank in this "tutor signup", but will be more than happy to disclose that information to students upon direct contact via telephone or email.
As a senior member of the Audit Department, one of my responsibilities is to coach my staff. As such, I have mentored many auditors during my 25+ years as an auditor, blending "academic concepts" with real world experiences.
